Dismantling Float Technician

About the role

Effectively and efficiently dismantle assigned vehicles, working with other dismantlers and independently as needed.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m. No weekend work.

What you’ll do

Obtain the list of vehicles scheduled for dismantling.
Dismantle vehicles according to the inventory sheet.
Tag inventoried parts.
Mark the stock number and right/left designation on parts before removing them.
Park vehicle bodies or front-end assemblies in the appropriate location.
Assist other dismantlers with part removal as needed.
Complete other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

One year of automotive experience preferred.
Ability to speak and understand English.
Your own basic automotive hand tools.
Ability to maintain a clean, organized and safe workspace.
Punctuality and dependable attendance.
Steel- or composite-toe shoes.

Fluid Technician

About the role

Extract and contain fluids from vehicles before they move into dismantling.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m. No weekend work.

What you’ll do

Obtain the supervisor’s list of vehicles that need to be drained.
Remove top fluids, including brake fluid, antifreeze, washer solvent and power steering fluid.
Drain vehicle fluids, including engine oil, transmission oil, radiator coolant and AC refrigerant.
Remove radiators, drive shafts and gas tanks.
Pump fuel tanks daily and move them to the appropriate location or scrap area.
Complete other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

Automotive experience preferred; willingness to learn.
Ability to speak and understand English.
Your own basic automotive hand tools.
Ability to maintain a clean, organized and safe workspace.
Punctuality and dependable attendance.
Steel- or composite-toe shoes.

Sales Manager

About the role

Oversee daily operations in the sales department, combining team leadership, customer service and data-informed decision-making.

Travel: Travel between multiple locations two to three days per week.

What you’ll do

Plan and direct the hiring and training of sales staff.
Direct and coordinate sales activities.
Track and analyze sales statistics using key quantitative metrics.
Handle and resolve customer complaints about products or services.
Set sales quotas and goals with staff, and oversee team performance.
Manage and grow warranty sales and brokered sales.
Manage warranty claims.
Set discount rates and assist with pricing.
Represent the organization with internal and external partners.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
Use data to guide performance and resource allocation.
Identify emerging markets and new sales opportunities.
Lead weekly or biweekly sales meetings and participate in leadership meetings.
Complete other tasks as assigned.
