Returns & Refunds
Schram Auto Parts offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all parts (minus shipping costs). This offer is only valid if:
- The part is returned in the same condition as when it was sold.
- The part is received within 30 days of the shipment date.
- The part in question is not a "cut". This includes all quarter panels, cabs, beds, front ends, etc.
When you receive a part, you must inspect it for damage before signing for it. If there is any visible damage, please note it at the time of delivery. After signing for and receiving the part, contact us at 800-462-9292, and we will assist you with the damage claim and part replacement process.
Shipping & Delivery
Schram Auto Parts attempts to ship every item within 2 business days of payment. If your item is shipping via UPS, a tracking number will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you provided at the time of payment. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your junk or spam inbox as it may be getting blocked.
For orders through USPS or Freight, tracking numbers can be provided upon request. If it has been over 2 business days and you have not received your tracking number, please call us at 800-462-9292 for tracking information.
Schram Auto Parts charges only the price of the part plus the price of shipping. There will be no additional fees charged by Schram Auto Parts without prior agreement. However, there are cases where additional fees may be required.
- Freight customers requesting residential shipping or lift-gate delivery may incur additional costs beyond the quoted commercial business address rate.
- International customers may be subject to additional taxes, fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their local government or carrier.
Schram Auto Parts has negotiated discounted rates with most major carriers and can likely ship items at a better rate than is available to the general customer. If you wish to send your own carrier to pick up an item, please contact us at 800-462-9292 to see if any additional packaging fees apply.

We typically ship small packages via UPS to domestic and most international customers, and via USPS to Canadian customers. For items too large for UPS or USPS, we ship via freight carrier. We prefer to ship all freight items to commercial business addresses; any quote you receive will reflect that unless otherwise noted. Shipping to a residence is possible but typically costs more than delivery to a commercial business address.
Airbags are considered HAZMAT items and require special packaging for shipment. By law, we are required to use HAZMAT shipping for airbags, and we strictly adhere to this regulation.

Payments
If you used our parts search function and entered your vehicle information correctly, the part should fit your vehicle. However, sometimes parts lookup requires technical information that you may not know. In such cases, please don’t guess—call us at 800-462-9292 and we’ll assist you with the lookup process. If for some reason the part doesn’t fit your vehicle, we offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy, as long as the part is returned in the same condition it was shipped.
All items purchased online must be paid for at the time of purchase. However, you can call us at 800-462-9292 to make arrangements for local pickup and payment. Please call ahead to ensure the item is available at your desired location.
